Well, it is that time of year again. Time to get together with your closest family and loved ones to share stories, laughs and of course, LOTS AND LOTS OF GOOD FOOD! So much food that surveys show that the average adult can gain up to 7 pounds of body fat from Thanksgiving to New Years.
